Official NorthPoint Loyalty Club Program Rules governing membership, tier qualification, discounts, and all legal terms. Effective as of enrollment.
Membership Details
As a Member, you may receive discounts, exclusive offers, and other benefits based on your Annual Qualifying Spend during each calendar year (January 1 to December 31).
Qualifying Spend is defined as your invoiced sales less any taxes, credits/returns, and damages for the given period.
When your Qualifying Spend reaches eligibility for a new tier, you begin enjoying the additional benefits of that tier for: (i) the calendar year in which you qualify; and (ii) the next full calendar year following. To continue receiving tier benefits, your Qualifying Spend must re-qualify each calendar year.
Tier Structure

Book Rates are the standard published rental rates for each equipment category. Discounts apply to gross rental charges before RPP, fuel surcharges, environmental fees, delivery, or applicable taxes. Qualifying Spend excludes taxes, credits/returns, and damages.
Additional Program Rules & Regulations
By participating in the Program and providing NorthPoint with your information, you agree that NorthPoint may use your information to: administer your participation in the Program; send you electronic records; for marketing purposes; and as otherwise described in the NorthPoint Equipment Rentals LLC privacy policy.
Any and all matters arising out of or relating to the Program Rules and/or the subject matter hereof shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the United States of America and, to the extent not preempted by Federal law, the laws of the State of New Hampshire without regard to conflict of law principles, regardless of the legal theory upon which such matter is asserted.
You and NorthPoint consent to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts within New Hampshire. You and NorthPoint Equipment Rentals, LLC also agree to litigate any disputes between or involving you and NorthPoint exclusively in the state and federal courts within Grafton County, New Hampshire.
You agree that any cause of action arising out of and/or relating to this program must be commenced within two (2) years after the cause of action accrues. Otherwise, such cause of action is permanently barred.
