By submitting this Application for Credit, the applicant and personal guarantor (each, an “Applicant”) authorize NorthPoint Equipment Rentals, LLC to investigate the Applicant’s credit history and financial references as provided herein and as otherwise deemed appropriate by NorthPoint Equipment Rentals, LLC.

Payment Terms: All invoices are due and payable upon receipt. A finance charge of 1.5% per month (18% per annum) will be applied to any unpaid balance outstanding after 30 days from the invoice date.

Interest on Unpaid Amounts: All amounts due and coming due under any rental contract will bear interest at 24% per annum until paid in full.

Personal Guarantee: The individual signing this application personally and unconditionally guarantees the full and prompt payment of all obligations of the above-named business entity to NorthPoint Equipment Rentals, LLC, including all charges, fees, finance charges, and costs of collection including attorney’s fees.

Credit Authorization: Applicant authorizes NorthPoint Equipment Rentals, LLC to charge any credit card on file for amounts due under any rental agreement, subject to applicable law.

Governing Law: All matters arising out of or relating to this Application and any resulting account shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire. Disputes shall be litigated in Grafton County, New Hampshire.

Accuracy: The Applicant certifies that all information provided in this Application is true, complete, and accurate as of the date of submission.
